Accommodation Regulations

Please observe the following guidelines during your stay:

Arrival and departure

  • Check-in: 14:00 h. – 20:00 h. Upon arrival, please present your identity card (ID) or passport to register your stay.
  • Check-out: until 10:00 h.
  • Night-time quiet: Please observe the night-time quiet hours between 22:00 and 6:00.

General rules

  • No Smoking: there is a strict no smoking policy inside the apartments. Smoking is only allowed in the gazebo area, where ashtrays are provided for this purpose.
  • Pets: Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
  • Energy saving: please turn off the lights in the rooms, corridors, bathroom and gazebo when leaving the apartment and before going to bed.
  • Technical equipment and outages: in case of a bad TV signal or internet failure, please do not pull any cables from the equipment (WiFi router, TV, sockets), but contact us immediately.
    • Please note: The accommodation provider is not responsible for internet and TV signal outages caused by the provider, nor for power outages (and any damage caused to the guests’ equipment) caused by the distributor.
  • Damages and violations of the rules: in case of any damage, please contact us immediately. Failure to comply with the rules and regulations may be grounds for early termination of your stay.

Cleaning and laundry

  • Final cleaning is included in the price.
  • Towels and bath towels are changed after the 3rd night.
  • Ongoing cleaning is provided on request (chargeable according to scope):
    • Standard: vacuuming, floor cleaning, bathroom, kitchen, garbage removal.
    • Standard +: Cleaning “Standard” supplemented by a change of bed linen.

Outdoor spaces and activities

  • Gazebo and barbecue: Use of the gazebo facilities is at your own risk. Use of the solid fuel stove and grill is only permitted for persons over 18 years of age.
    • The gazebo has a stove (e.g. for cooking goulash) and a barbecue. Wood, wood briquettes and barbecue briquettes are available for a fee. We will be happy to provide a goulash pot and a boiling kettle free of charge on request.
  • Swimming pool (open from 1 June to 15 September): Swimming is at your own responsibility.
    • Children under the age of 15 may only use the pool under the supervision of a person over the age of 18.
    • Strict prohibition: It is forbidden to jump into the pool. It is also forbidden to bring food and glass, ceramic, sharp or hard objects (glasses, stones, hockey pucks, etc.) to the pool.
  • Playground: for children under 12 years of age only, always supervised by an adult over 18 years of age.
  • Other restrictions: camping in the garden is forbidden. The ALTI premises do not have areas for ball games (football, volleyball, etc.), so these games are not allowed.
